Community Concerns for the Medically Fragile
A non-profit organization dedicated to supporting medically fragile children and young adults (and their families) in the Sarnia-Lambton community. We provide financial, emotional and practical support to families with medically fragile children. We were also integral in the construction of "Standing Oaks" the specialized group home for medically fragile young adults (behind Pathways).
