Bell Special Needs Centre

We offer telecommunications services for customers with hearing, speech, visual and other physical disabilities. In the Special Needs Centre, you will find information about the special needs services such as the Relay service. You'll also find discounts and no charge services offered specifically to people with disabilities. Our commitment is to offer a variety of activities and services to improve accessibility to telecommunication technologies for everybody. Discover our products in home phone, internet, wireless, television and Digital Voice (VolP).
